Welcome to Firefly!

We hope this page will help answer some questions you might have and serve as a resource in the event you need to reach us later.
Registering for Service
Firefly’s fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) internet ensures lightning-fast download and upload speeds of up to a gigabit per second. If you would like to sign up for service, you will first need to check availability for your area.
Check Availability & RegisterDiscontinuing Service
If you are requesting service to be discontinued, please contact Firefly Customer Service with your request. If you fail to notify Firefly of your request to terminate service and return your equipment, you will be assessed an equipment charge on your final bill.
Equipment Return
Firefly offers 2 options for returning equipment to Firefly to prevent unreturned equipment charges from being applied to the customer account.
- The first option is free of charge to customers. When canceling service, the Customer Service Representative will offer you a FedEx label to print and return your equipment at no cost to you. This is sent via email for customer use, and equipment can be dropped off at any authorized FedEx shipping center.
- The second option is via USPS with shipping charges paid by the customer. You are responsible for the safe packaging of your equipment and shipping costs for the return. Please package the equipment securely in a sturdy box with package cushioning such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts to ensure safe delivery. We suggest you utilize a tracking method with USPS to ensure receipt. If you decide to utilize package insurance, the value is $200. Please download the equipment return form (PDF). Fill out and return the form inside the boxed equipment to ensure proper credit for your return.
