Lifeline is a federal program that provides a monthly discount of $7.25 for phone or $10 for internet service to eligible low-income households. Lifeline is limited to one benefit per household. You can only use Lifeline for either phone (cellular or landline) or internet, but not both. To get the Lifeline discount with your Firefly service, you need to first apply for and be certified, before contacting us about the discount. When you contact us, we will need to verify that you are not already receiving Lifeline service from another provider (cellular, telephone, or internet), before applying the discount.
