Lifeline Federal Assistance Program

Lifeline is a federal program that lowers the monthly cost of phone and internet. Eligible customers will get up to $9.25 toward their bill. You can only use Lifeline for either phone or internet, but not both. To get the Lifeline discount with your Firefly service, you need to first apply for and be certified before contacting us about the discount.  When you contact us, we will need to verify that you are not already receiving Lifeline service from another provider (cellular, telephone, or internet), before applying the discount.
